If an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered*, PIERRE CLÉMENT undertakes to exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, provided that the return occurs within 30 days of the delivery date, and that it is accompanied by the delivery slip.

*Items that do not match what was ordered must be returned with the packaging intact.

To accept a defective item or one that does not correspond to what was ordered, the person requesting the return must contact our customer service at (450) 365-5365 or by email at info@leyenda.com. We reserve 48 hours to respond to the request.

Notwithstanding this return policy, PIERRE CLÉMENT reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of a product for any reason whatsoever. Our return policy may be modified at any time without notice.

Delivery service is offered and provided by Canada Post or any other major delivery service.

All orders must be delivered to a physical business or residential address, and a signature is required.

Delivery time (after notification) can be 2 to 10 business days for most major metropolitan areas. Delivery time for rural or remote areas may be longer and/or require the customer to pick up the item at a service point. Any additional delivery charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
