RETURN POLICY

If an item is defective or does not match what was ordered*, Leyenda Gems will exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, provided the return is made within 30 days of the delivery date and is accompanied by the delivery receipt. *Items that do not match what was ordered must be returned with the packaging intact. We reserve 48 hours to respond to the request.

DELIVERY
All shipping and delivery charges, as well as applicable sales taxes, are in addition to the price displayed on our website: leyenda.com. Delivery service is offered and provided by Canada Post or any other major delivery service. All orders must be delivered to a physical business or residential address, and a signature is required. Delivery time (after notification) can be 2 to 10 business days for most major metropolitan areas. Delivery time for rural or remote areas may be longer and/or require the customer to pick up the order at a service point. Any additional delivery charges will be the customer's sole responsibility.
INSURANCE
